RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on most of our items as long as they have not been worn and all tags remain attached. Please notify me if you wish to return an item here
If you need to exchange for a different size please drop me an email at hello@goldhearted.club and I will confirm availability.
All return order issues must be handled within 14 days of the order date.
All postage on returns and exchanges is at the cost of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times may vary and we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent to us.
ORDERING + SHIPPING
We dispatch all orders within 7* working days via Royal Mail. We only ship to mainland UK at present. You will receive a fulfillment email on the day of posting, please note that delays caused by Royal Mail are out of our control.

All orders over £50 in value are sent via recorded services. All orders under £50 are sent via standard delivery services (no tracking).
